Redberry Fashion Return Policy

At Redberry Fashion, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — here’s how our return process works:

Faulty Items Only

We only accept returns for items that are faulty or defective. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the fault
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, you’ll receive a credit note within 30 days of our receiving your returned item. This credit note can be used towards your next purchase.

Return Timeframe

  • Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items sent back after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or sale items.

Credit Notes

  • Credit notes are issued within 30 days of return approval.
  • They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • They can be used online at https://redberryaustralia.myshopify.com on any future order.

How to Request a Return

Please email directly at our shop https://redberryaustralia.myshopify.com/pages/contact with the subject line: “Faulty Item Return – [Order Number]”. We’ll reply with return instructions within 2–3 business days.

Please Note

  • Redberry Fashion reserves the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a credit note.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
