What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please reach out via our Contact Page within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we can’t make any changes.

How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to various countries through trusted couriers. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for faulty or defective items. Faults must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns will receive a credit note within 30 days. View our Return Policy for full details.

Do you offer refunds?

We issue credit notes only for faulty items. Refunds are not available for change of mind, wrong size, or sale items.

How do I start a faulty item return?

How do I choose my size?

Check our Size Guide for measurements and fit tips. If you’re between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a snug fit. Product descriptions often mention fabric stretch and fit details.

How should I care for my garments?

We recommend gentle cold machine wash or hand wash. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or wring. Line dry in shade and follow the garment’s care label.

I’m a retailer. Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Redberry Fashion works with boutiques and retailers. You can apply for a wholesale account through our Wholesale Page.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history and save your details for faster checkout.
